The complaint must first be raised with the concerned establishment. If it remains unresolved, the individual may proceed to file a complaint with the DTI.
The following are the requirements for filing a complaint:
- Any government-issued I.D. of the complainant
- Accomplished Complaint Form (accessible at the link below)
- Proof of Transaction (e.g., official receipt, sales invoice, warranty card, etc.)
- Other evidence to substantiate the claim.
