Substandard or Uncertified Products

The complaint must first be raised with the concerned establishment. If it remains unresolved, the individual may proceed to file a complaint with the DTI.

The following are the requirements for filing a complaint:

  • Any government-issued I.D. of the complainant
  • Accomplished Complaint Form (accessible at the link below)
  • Proof of Transaction (e.g., official receipt, sales invoice, warranty card, etc.)
  • Other evidence to substantiate the claim.
